How do I pay for a cooking class?

There is a facility on the online booking form to pay by credit card. Full payment is required upfront to confirm a booking. Classes are non-refundable.

My child has allergies/food intolerances. Can you cater for their needs?
​
Kids Kitchen can cater for their needs. Please ensure that the allergy/food intolerance form (attached to the booking form) is completed and submitted at least one week prior to your child attending a Kids Kitchen course.
​
If my child misses a lesson, can you provide a 'make-up' class?
​
Kids Kitchen will offer a 'make-up' class as and when space permits.
​
What does my child need to bring to the class?
​
Please provide your child with a medium sized airtight container to bring their goodies home as well as a water bottle to keep them hydrated.

Does my child need to bring their own apron?
​
Kids Kitchen will provide all aprons.
​
Does my child need to bring afternoon tea with them?
​
Kids Kitchen does not provide afternoon tea. This needs to be provided by the child and should be eaten prior to classes commencing.

What should my child wear?
​
It is a health and safety requirement that all children wear closed in shoes and long hair needs to be tied back.

I would like to book a cooking class, but you are full. Can I join a waiting list for the next available space?

Is Kids Kitchen adequately covered by Public Liability Insurance?
​
Yes. Kids Kitchen is covered by QBE Insurance (Australia) Ltd for $20,000,000.

Do you provide refunds?
​
Kids Kitchen can provide a refund in certain circumstances. Please contact us to discuss should you require a refund. However, please note that cancellations less than 24 hours from the start time of your booked class will incur the full fee, as places have been held for your child and ingredients have been purchased by that time.
